Southwest City lies right along the border with Oklahoma and just above the border with Arkansas and there is a marker on Missouri SR 43, where the three states borders meet with Oklahoma SR 20 and Arkansas SR 43 coming together. Although the top and original section of the marker was placed in the 1830's; the middle sections were placed around 1915 and the base and divided circle foundation were set in place as part of the restoration around 1955. Roundly park is the city's park facility. |
