About the area |
The Bootheel Youth museum in nearby Malden has all kinds of exhibits which appeal to children and which they can interact. Here children can stand inside a bubble, "freeze" their shadow on a wall, write a check at the bank or make music on sewer pipes. The museum has all kinds of fun areas such as This Island Mars, Children's Village, Lewis and Clark and Missouri conservation as well as a theater.
