Linn Circuit Court is the circuit court of Osage County in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit of the Missouri Circuit court system. Hearings for city ordinance and traffic violations in the cities of Chamois (SR 89 and SR 100), Freeburg (US 63 and SR P) and Linn (US 50) are held in this court.

Linn State Technical college is located in this town. The school offers courses in such subjects as Automotive, Technology, Construction and Civil Technology, Electrical Distribution Systems, Machine Tool Technology and Nuclear Technology. The school also maintains an airport to the Southeast of the city which is open to the public. The Zewicki House built in the 1890's and recently restored is a museum run by the Osage County Historical society. The museum also houses a genealogy research library known as The "G" Center. |
