New London Circuit Court is the circuit court of Ralls County in the Tenth Judicial Circuit of the Missouri Circuit court system. City ordinance and Traffic violations for Center (SR 19, SR H and SR P) , New London (US 61, SR A ans SR V) and Perry (SR 154) are also heard in this court.

Spencer lake is a popular fishing spot in New London. Hannibal Rocks is a park which grew out of an old abandoned rock mine and is the site where vehicles known as Rock Crawlers or Rock Climbers and their owners take part in events such as the Extreme Rock Crawl Series, the World Extreme Rock Crawling series , Rock Crawler Racing and All Stock racing. Their are also almost 1400 acres of "off site" trails for all levels of trail riding in the park.
