Richmond Circuit Court is the circuit court of Ray County in the Eighth Judicial Circuit of the Missouri Circuit court system. City ordinance and traffic violations for the city of Crystal Lake are heard in this court.

About the area

The Farris Theatre, a state of the art historic treasure, was built soon after the beginning of the 20th century. The theater productions include concerts, youth theater and movies. In September you can get a chance to see a re-enactment of the rip roaring days in these parts at the Outlaw Days event. There's an 1867 re-enactment of the James-Younger gang robbery of the Hughes-Wasson bank, a chili cook-off, live musical entertainment, a a 5k and 10k Run, pony rides and Wild West street performances as well as a bike show.
