Osceola Circuit Court is the circuit court of St. Clair County in the Twenty-Seventh Judicial Circuit of the Missouri Circuit court system. Hearings for city ordinance and traffic violations in the cities of Appleton (US 61), Lowry ( SR 13) and Osceola (SR WW and SR 13) are held in this court

| About the area |
The annual Rodeo Daze celebration is held at the beginning of each September on the square in town. In addition to the parade which starts it all off; there is a parade, turtle race, baby contest, Wild West show, quilt show and art show. The Johnson Library and Museum's founder was born in Osceola round 1851 and was its prosecuting attorney from about 1874 to 1876. In addition to its vast collection of written material, it has some 35,000 items, it has some antique furniture and china, and collections of buttons and foreign coins.
