Warrenton Circuit Court is the circuit court of Warren County in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of the Missouri Circuit court system. Hearings for city ordinance and traffic violations in the cities of Marthasville (SR 47, SR 94 and SR D), Truesdale (SR M) and Innsbrook are held in this court.

About the area

While you are in town go to see the Ernst Schowengerdt House or take in a movie in a historical building at the Belle Starr theater. The Ernst Schowengerdt house which was built around 1866 and designated as a National Historic Place was continuously owned by the family until the death of the last surviving grandchild, around 2002. It is now owned by the Warren County Historical society and open to visitors by appointment. The Belle Starr theater is now also a playhouse presenting musical and theatrical productions, concerts and film series.
