Kosciusko claims her, Kosciusko names her, sweet Oprah Winfrey. This city is her birthplace. They even named a road for her. If you take the "Towers & Turrets" tour through historic downtown you will be able to see many historic homes which are listed on the National register of Historic Places. The library houses a special collection of Polish books and books about Tadeusz Kosciuszko.
