About the area |
Like all other cities around the area this town too has its festivals. One of the most popular is the annual Rosedale Blues and Heritage Festival held in May. One of the objectives of this event is to promote local blues artists. A panel of judges from the Rosedale Crossroads Blues Society selects, from among the performers, the blues artists who will participate in the competition for solo performer, duet, and band at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis. |
