The Longleaf Trace, a railroad right of way converted to a paved asphalt trail, welcomes runners, bikers, hikers and equestrians to its trail. This beautiful 41 mile long linear park extends from Hattiesburg through Sumrall, Bassfield and Carson to Prentiss. It also reaches to the campus of the University of Southern Mississippi making it available to students there. |
