About the area |
Lake Lamar Bruce lies just to the North of town. This lake is a fishing lake operated by the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks. It has a tremendous bream fishery, but also has large populations of largemouth bass, crappie and channel catfish. There are three fishing piers located along the shoreline and a new boat ramp accommodates boats of all sizes. |
