Water skiers and nature lovers will love Turkey Creek Water Park, located about five miles southwest of Decatur. It's close to 250 acres of lake, is a magnet for water skiers attracting them from all over the area. This lake offers some of the best bass fishing around. Boat rentals and campgrounds are available in this part of the park. The park has a nature trail for biking and hiking; where you can catch sight of wild flowers, deer, squirrels, ducks, turkeys, and other wildlife. The campgrounds have a picnic area, and a playground. A white sand beach is proved for bathers.
