Bozeman Justice Court is located in the Eighteenth judicial district of Montana and it handles civic and traffic infractions from throughout the county except those occurring with the city limits of Bozeman, Manhattan, Belgrade, Three Forks and West Yellowstone. About the area |
Among the museums in Bozeman, two are of particular interest. The Museum of Modern Human Progress, formerly known as the American Computer and Robotics Museum spans the centuries of humman invention. The exhibits here include an Antikythera mechanism and the first computer known to exist built in 80 B.C.; original 4,500 year old Babylonian clay tablets; a Gutenberg press; Thomas Edison and Alexander Bell Inventions; original Samuel Morse telegraph documents and much more. The Museum of the Rockies has a large and famous collection of dinosaur fossils from the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods which were found in Montana rocks. There are two groups in Bozeman producing dramatic and comedy presentations; the Equinox Theatre Company at the Verge theater and the The Ellen Theatre with musicals, movies and concerts.. |
