Whitehall Court is in the Fifth judicial district of Montana. SR 2 and SR 55 run together through whitehall until they split apart, with SR 55 running North and SR 2 meeting SR 69. IS 90 runs along the Northern part of town.

About the area

The character of the town is generally rural. The Jefferson Valley museum exhibits relate the history of early day Montana with displays representative of gold mining, stagecoaches, railroads, country life, agriculture and cowboys. There is an exhibit of spurs and branding irons as well as as a railroad room and music room. The museum also has a collection of old mining cars, wagons and farm equipment. The annual Whitehall Frontier Days celebration of life held at the end of July has a parade, community barbecue, talent show, car show and rod run, NRA Rodeo, craft show, stickhorse rodeo, 4X4 event, kid's fishing derby and street dance.
