Lexington City is the homeland of more than 19900 people and its centric location in the Piedmont Triad region of the state has turned this community into a very attractive point for businesses, tourism, and residential projects. The rural traditions and spirit are still alive in this municipality of more than 17 square miles of extension and witness of the arrival of several European colonies back in the third quarter of the 18th century.
