Bowman Municipal Court

US 12 runs through the Souther part of Bowman and is jopined there by US 85 which takes a turn to the North through the town.

Pioneer Trails Regional Museum has on display the fossil remains of vertebrates, invertebrates and plants some as old as 73 million years old marine deposits and as new as the deposits of the area, which are 28 million years old. With its collection of historic and contemporary photographs, stone and bone artifacts, rock art images, plant samples, quotations, art prints, text, animal hides and skulls, feathers, and beadwork the museum brings back the Indian history and culture of the region. A visit here is not complete without a walk through the native prairie gardens. The County fairgrounds with outdoor and indoor arenas hosts the North Dakota State High School Rodeo Finals in June, the Bowman County Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association rodeo, Moto-Cross races, auctions, shows, barrel races, ropings and weekly riders. The city oif Bowman maintains three places for ball games, James field and two softball complexes.
