Court is held once a month. SR 13 passes through Wishek and meets SR 3 which touches the Southwest tip of the town.

About the area

The annual Tri-County fair is held at the fairgrounds here every July. The fair features Future Farmers of America and 4H exhibits as well as community events. The town is surrounded by areas for hunting and the nearby lakes offer great opportunities for the fisherman. One of these, Green Lake, is available for summer camping, boating and fishing. Also in the Conservation Prairie Program land, around Wishek, you can find unique species of birds such as Baird's sparrow, LeConte's sparrow and Sprague's Pulpit.
