This is another one of these towns with a large figure of an animal in a prominent place; Rusty the trurtle sits on the South side of Tutle lake. The annual Turtle Days event in July features a parade and kiddie parade, a soap box derby, 3 on 3 basketball and a turtle race. there a few lakes in the town or adjacent to it. Lake Brekken and Lake Holmes have campiing and boat ramps. In these lakes and Lightning lake will find Bluegill,Perch, Walleye, Rainbow Trout, Smallmouth Bass and Large mouth Bass. In addition the area has plenty of game with an abundance of Pheasant ,Sharptail Grouse and Whitetail Deer.
