Jamestown District Court is formally known as Stutsman county District Court and is in the Southeast judicial district of North Dakota.

About the area

Stutsman county was formed around 1873. Parkhurst at Pipestem Lake is a natural prairie setting. This park has facilities such as boat docks and ramps, picnic sites, shelters, vault toilets and a dump station. An extra added attraction of the campground here are the corrals and tethers for horses to complement the parking pads for horse trailers. Jamestown, the county seat, is home to the University of Jamestown which in addition to offering a full academic program, fields men's and women's teams in basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, track & field and wrestling.
