Jan 19 2011 03:57:41: yes they are very very unprofessional, and this is municipal?? i tried to pay my tickets to help this town out but i guess they are too unorganized to collect. their loss, just hope they don't think of putting points on my license for they're unprofessionalism.
Feb 27 2009 00:39:09: I've called the offices of Lawnside Municipal Court on 2/26/09 from 10a.m til 11:30a.m and only got one answer. When the female who answered the phone she was very little help. She did not speak correctly and kept making mistakes that she later got upset with me for correcting what she said wrong. After that she put me on hold and never picked the phone back up. I was on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. I think that is real unprofessional.
