About the area |
West Cape May borough is home to nearly 1300 year-round residents. It found a place in the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. The borough has an active historical committee. Other attractions include the annual Lima Bean Festival that takes place within the borough limits and the all-purpose and well-equipped Wilbraham Park. Incidentally, West Cape May Borough was once called the Lima Bean Capital of the Rocky Mountains, despite being quite a distance from the prominent mountain range. |
