Highland Park Borough lies along the Raritan River with one end of Johnson Park as well as Donaldson Park - nice place to go for a walk. Population of about 14,000 people. Home to many students studying in the nearby Livingston, New Brunswick and Busch campuses of Rutgers. Highland Park Borough has good public transportation. US Rt 1 and Routes 27, 514 and 622 serve the borough too.
