About the area |
This tiny town of 1800 people is sandwiched to the left by the borough of Rumson and the Monmouth Beach area. To the right is the vast Atlantic ocean. The borough has an affluent community with magnificent ocean-front homes. Tourists come to this town for relaxation and recreation. One can get access to the public beach in Sea Bright for a very nominal fee. Parking is free. However, it is not very uncommon to see people violating traffic rules and driving around carelessly or passing others improperly. There are shops that sell trinkets made of sea-shells and beautiful handicrafts amongst other things. |
