About the area |
Ocean Township has about 6700 residents. Garden State Parkway and US Rt 9 are here or nearby. Greenbriar at Oceanaire Golf and Country Club is here too. Waretown is a section in Ocean township and houses the Municipal Court and the tranquil Waretown Lake. Looks like there the area is set up with a variety of well laid-out waterways so many homeowners can have boats on the water -- easy access to the Ocean for residents of, well, Ocean. |
