About the area |
Little Falls got it's name from the Passaic River Falls that used to go downstream. NJ's second largest university - Monclair State University - is 5 miles to the south of the town of Little Falls. This town is largely residential, with students forming a big part of the community. The town showcases it's proud history in the Historical Society, which has many do-you-know type questions about the town in addition to memorabilia and artifacts from the past. The Little Falls Recreation Center is an active orgranization - it has some or the other activity lined up almost every day.
