May 05 2011 01:34:26: The judge is not impartial, to say the least. I requested a trial and was not represented by the lawyer. He setup my trial very late in the day and was constantly reminding everyone that the time is running out. He let prosecution to get away with pretty much everything, denied admittance of defense evidence on ridiculous pretexts (radar manual is irrelevant to the radar speeding ticket case? really?), acted as a prosecutor himself by questioning the witness, constantly made general comments on my lack of legal training, and was visibly upset that I am wasting his time instead of just pleading guilty like everyone else. Bottom line: unless you are determined to fight the system and file the appeal - accept a plea bargain. Trials here is just a waste of time.
