About the area |
This borough of 10,000 people has many attractions. The famous Triangle Park is home to the USS Maine Memorial which showcases the USS Maine battleship. Other fun places to visit are the Joe Louis Memorial Park (named after the famous boxed Joe Louis) and the 400 year-old 'Pompton Furnace' which was supposedly supplied to the Continental Army. This Borough has a pleasant downtown community flooded with neat little shopping centers and stores. |
