It's a busy place with 34 parks, 18 tennis courts, 4 recreation centers, 4 swimming pools and 4 golf courses. The building in which the Branigan Cultural center is housed, is on the National Lit of Historic places. The museum has on exhibit a permanent display of items related to local history as well as changing displays on the culture of the area. For four days in April the city holds its Las Cruces Country Music festival on Main street featuring country music acts from Nashville and around the country. |
