About the area |
The area around Eunice has entered the atomic age. Taking shape a few miles out of town is the National Enrichment Facility for uranium. The city has a brand new Aquatic center which boasts two giant water slides and a special kiddie feature. Cardinal Motor speedway in this town is a quarter mile, high-banked, dirt oval racetrack. The speedway offers races in 5 classes of stock cars on Saturday's, from April through September.
