In addition to Clarke field and Escondida Lake park, Socorro maintains its Finley Complex Youth center, City swimming pool and City of Socorro Youth center to provide for the recreational needs of its residents. Fat Tire Cycling, it's mountain biking is a popular activity here. Riverine Parks are called "Our Bosque" and is an area of nature and parks. You can star gaze at Etscorn Observatory. Great golf is available at New Mexico Tech Golf Course. |
