While you are in this county you might want to take a drive on the Enchanted Circle which connects Taos with Questa, Red River, Eagle Nest and Angel Fire while enjoying the beautiful scenery provided by the mountain peaks and valleys along the way. Another great trip is to the Taos Pueblo. This is the largest surviving multistoried Pueblo structure in the United States. The artists at this site still produce high quality pottery. Dances of the Pueblo Indians are held here throughout the year and many of them are open to the public. |
