Jan 31 2010 05:39:37: The court circulates about 1200 cases per year mostly due to activity within the State Park. Both judges hold advanced degrees. The average resident owns about 3 acres not 1000 acres and the court is said to be one of the most active municipal courts within Western NY. As of this writing one hundred percent of all cases are from defendents residing outside of the municipality. |

Jan 05 2007 04:20:05: In-fact the Red house town court has over 400 cases a month because of the bussy park life. THe tickets are sometimes intence such as animal abuse, underage drinking and faulse identity. The judges are husband and wife. It is a peacfull little town with beautiful wild life and forestry. |
