Designed in the early 1900s, Linwood Gardens (the Gratwick Estate) with its walled gardens with fountains, pools & ornamental trees, as well as Arts and Crafts style buildings is listed in the National Register of Historical Places. Only open to the public during the Spring Festival of Flowers; also within the township is the Samuel Warren winery, started in 1836, the first commercial winery in New York State that was successful.
