Jan 27 2010 00:07:34: While the laws on homeschooling do come from the state, law enforcement and the D.A. determine who should be charged and prosecuted. There are laws against adultery, too, but you won't see Mike Amato arresting anyone for that. |

Aug 20 2009 04:14:10: In an effort to pay for my fine I sent a money order for $225.00 (accidently) when the actual fine was $205.00. Is there a reason why you guys can not make change instead of returning the money order? If I showed up at court with $220.00 would you refuse payment because you can not make change?
TheTwon of Glen operates in an odd fashion. Now I sit here with a suspended licenses because you would not accept payment? I have tried to call all day today and your hours are terrible not to mention your not open when you say you are. Now I am stuck until your next business half day. I just do not understand you returning the money order. No place on any court docement does it state that the money order must be for the exact amount. Wouldn't it be easier to accept the payment and supply me a refund for the difference (just like making change for a $220.00 payment received in person). Now I have a money order with $225.00 on it that I can not cash or get a refund. Now what?
