In a March 2005 case, Judge Restaino assessed new bails on five defendants for not helping determine the cause of a noise disturbance in the courtroom. He was upheld on appeal.

Mar 26 2007 13:00:26: After seeing a Niagara Falls police car pull over a Town of Tonawanda patrol car for speeding, I am going to make an assumption that this is a city where you dont want to get any kind of traffic ticket.
