Nelsonville is located in the Town of Philipstown, and is directly east of Cold Spring on Hudson. The US Military Academy at West Point is just minutes away. The village just turned 150 years old in October of 2006.

Hours of Operation

Court convenes on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays each month at 7 PM

The Honorable Dennis Zenz is the Village Justice, and the Hon. Stephen Tomann is Acting Village Justice for Nelsonville Village Court.

Putnam County District Attorney Kevin Wright and his Assistant DAs prosecute criminal cases. Village Attorney is Robert Lusardi, Esq.
