Jan 07 2012 05:02:50: I miss Deb Coppolla as the Clerk. This new clerk will not return calls, emails and the fax does not work though they give you a fax number. Unlawfully suspended and nobody up there seems to care. The Judges obviously have no clue about the administration. What a joke... |

Feb 10 2011 02:17:53: I am in the same boat as the previous individual who left a comment. It is a nightmare to get a ticket in stephentown. I got a traffic ticket for something i did not do. when asked if i wanted to go to trial i said yes. and the attorney told me flat out "people do not win these cases". I constantly called..they are never there...i was forced to drop my fine payment in the drop box two weeks ago..because they suspended my license. They still have not taken the suspension off a my license after having my payment for two weeks and there is no one to call or to go see. Im now in a situation where I needed to replace my car insurance, but I am unable to do so because the court hasnt taken my supsension off after payment, and the insurance company wont insure me. If I dont have insurance by tomorrow my registration and plates will be suspended. How does a town hand out fines and court fees and then only show up two days a month. I live an hour away! Something needs to be done! |

Jun 13 2009 02:21:57: the town court is horable ahorable and needs their staff replaced the are inadicuitly prepared and traned. i have gone there on moltiple ocations to pay a fine for not have my car inspected and each time was in the town clerlks hours of operation and each time there was no one there and no note it is a 30min ride from my houes one way and i have gone at least 2 times i have used 30$ in gas and not the daed line for the fine is coming up. i am reporting this |
