Another small town with population just over 2,000. Mostly wilderness area with limited commercial businesses. The Cedar Lodge Bar and Grill has one of the best fish fry's in the North Country! A 10 oz. beer battered fish fillet of haddock. This is served with french fries and coleslaw at $7.95 a plate. Come visit the area and do some skiing, hiking, snow shoeing, hunting, and camping. They have the best of the great outdoors.
Town is on the edge of the Adirondack Park, also not far from Canton, which has the dubious distinction of hosting a lot of asbestos litigation. |
