If you want to drive in Saltaire, you have to have a vehicle permit. According to the permit application, residents, businesses, even golf carts, utility vehicles (gas, Cable, electric) and transit (buses) have to pay to drive in the village… and it can cost ya anywhere from $150 to $525.00 per year to do so.
