All traffic tickets heard in this court are generated locally as no interstate highways breach the town lines. State Highway 9 does run through. Town contains the villages of Croton-on-Hudson, and Buchanan, with the City of Peekskill at the northwest corner. |

Sessions are held on Mondays and Fridays as follows:criminal 9am, town ordinances @10:30, Civil cases @ 11am, and traffic @12:00. Small claims sessions are once a month at 630pm |
