According to the Village website, any Motorist who wants to plea bargain their violation will have the opportunity to speak with the ticketing officer prior to appearing before the bench. This may have changed since Sept 2006, when State Troopers were restricted from pleading tickets. There may be something wrong with the names on this page?? |
