About the area |
The Town of Pelham includes the villages of Pelham and Pelham Manor. Pelham is the oldest town in Westchester County. It borders New York City and has a small strip of coastline in the southeast corner of the town. Bought by Thomas Pell in the 1600s from the Siwanoy Indians. Battle of Pelham fought here in 1776. |

Office Monday to Friday 9-4. Sessions - Tuesday beginning at 1:00 p.m for Civil Cases as well as traffic violations at 20 Fifth Avenue. Thurs eves for Criminal beginning at 6:00 p.m. at 34 Fifth Avenue. |
