Apr 08 2011 20:07:02: I hired a very expensive lawyer who is highly experienced and very educated in his work who summed the city court of White Plains best when he said; "I think I'm over dressed to be attending the circus". ALSO, while waiting to be called i sat and watched a judge recommend a 21 year old girl plead GUILTY to a charge of harassment because he says "It's only a misdemeanor and a $200 fine". JUDGES ARE NOT TO RECOMMEND ANYTHING, THEY ARE NOT TO ADVISE OR GUIDE YOU IN ANY WAY IN SUBMITTING A PLEA, EVER. |

Jan 19 2011 07:21:37: A City court that I can't trust...the traffic judge today Jan 18, 2011 Didn't listen at all and charged more when I speech after she said how much you I have to paid... Ridiculous..!! She took money advantaged of some people today.. |
