About the area |
The state of Ohio was a war zone during the pre-independence days in the United States. Every little place has its own story form history to tell about itself. It could be anything like the name of the place or a monument in the town or even a state park Similarly Clark county was named after General George Rogers Clark who fought the Indians In the early 19th century. But now in the present it is a laid back county in which the majority is farmland.** Clark county has its annual fair and a few other occasion which the residents call it theirs. ** It appears our data entry person is still unfamiliar with the area, as Springfield is not terribly rural or farm-like. |
