In this almost 1.5 square miles was born the famous rookie for the Boston Braves, Vincent William Shupe. Keeping in the line of sports, this community has great courses which attract golfers the entire year, the most popular ones are the Clearview Golf Course and the Oakwood Country Club, but the Spring Valley Golf Course brings a very good competition to the table as well.
