Toronto Criminal Court, under the Ontario Court of Justice system, handles criminal offenses under the provincial code. Kinda like state courts handling state crimes as opposed to federal in the US. Or that's our best guess.
The Youth court is down the road at 1000 Finch.

This Finch Avenue location is right near Route 400 on its way from Toronto to Richmond Hill. York University is just northeast of here.
Toronto is home to a growing diversity of ethnic groups. As in most places with this background, some are critical of the increasing influence of foreigners while others value the melting pot effect. Particular concern has been focused on Muslims, but it wasn't that long ago that Asians were the target. Maybe Hispanics will be next. Eventually the new ethnic majorities will probably complain about the whites.
