Each Father's day carvers from around the states and the world gather in Reedsport for the Oregon Divisional Chain Saw Carver's competition. Each day quick carves and carving auctions take place. Vendors exhibiting carvings and food offer the opportunity to collect some handsome crafty pieces of work and to get good food. Forest Hills Country club is a private Golf course and club located at the Southwest corner of the city. This course is open to the public and has nine holes which can be played for 18 holes of golf using sparate tees for the front and back nines. |
