Oddly, Carnegie District Court doesn't actually serve Carnegie, which is handled by Crafton District Court. We don't make this stuff up ... well ... we make some stuff up, but not this particular detail. Judge Zyra is a soft-spoken southpaw but you can be sure in the end he will get his point across loud and clear. |
