Judge Miller has to deal with some of the crime that spills over from the nearby City of McKeesport. That is to say, teenagers from White Oak (who are predominately from middle-class suburban neighborhoods) try to emulate the urban-minded thugs of McKeesport. He tends to crack down on them hard in order to deter not only crime but also "false behavior." |
