About the area |
Beaver County is home to nearly 200K people, most of whom are quiet country-minded folk. The area is pastoral, having tree-covered mountains, large cliffs visible from the highway, the Ohio River, the Beaver River, Brady`s Run Park, Brush Creek Park, and Old Economy Park. Penn State has a branch campus here, but the County's academic pride lies in Geneva College. The high schools are focused around great football teams.
